If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return please refer to the following policy:
Luved accepts returns within 14 days of customers original receipt. We will provide you with a full refund or exchange provided the merchandise is in its original condition. Shipping charges on returned or exchanges, from Luved or to Luved, are not subject to refund.
In the unlikely event an item is damaged during initial shipping from luved Clothing Inc. or that there is a manufacture defect we will replace it free of charge. Please be sure to contact us of the problem before returning.

Shipping information
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days of receipt of order. If by chance your shipment is delayed you will be notified via email.
Products shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post from our Toronto office. Please allow 5 to 10 business days from date this product is shipped. All Canadian customers will be charged applicable HST and Provincial taxes.
Products shipped to the United States are shipped via Canada Post from our Toronto office. Please allow 8 to 14 business days from date this product is shipped.
